1. General Information & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gt999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing, registering for, or using gt999's website or services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. gt999 always operates on principles of fair play and transparency. All services provided on our platform are subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the gt999 platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the entire balance may be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Requirements

During registration you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Residential address

If false or incomplete information is provided, gt999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

gt999 may require all members to complete an identity verification process. This process is essential to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.

The following documents may be requested for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie with photo
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking details
• Proof of address document (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gt999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, transactions can be made from major commercial banks in Bangladesh.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. This limit applies to each payment method. Deposits below the specified minimum amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. gt999's standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will be transferred to your account within the specified timeframe.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• If any active investigation is ongoing, the withdrawal may be delayed
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

4.4 Transaction Security

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gt999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are for gaming use only
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gt999 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus
• gt999 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

gt999 ensures fair play in all games. The outcome of each game is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Gaming Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding a game result, gt999's server records will be considered the final evidence. Any dispute must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server error, or other technical reasons, gt999 will settle the session according to server-stored data. In such situations, gt999's decision will be considered final.

7. Responsible Gaming

gt999 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or addiction.

• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account

• Assisting minors in accessing the platform
• Distributing platform content to third parties without authorisation

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, gt999 will immediately close the account, forfeit the entire balance, and take legal action if necessary.
